The ARS water solution architecture

Place the right technology against the right risk.

Five technology platforms address technical water requirements. Water Risk Management integrates them to keep decisions, implementation, performance, and service under control.

Integrated ARS water-treatment system with HPFS, membrane modules, pumps, instrumentation, and control panelRisk Removal Technology. Not Just Filtration.
01

Risk Removal

HPFS KL · HPFS CC · Oxydes/Oxydex

Conditioning and risk removal address relevant parameters before water is used in a home, business, facility, or process.

02

Water Protection

HP SORB NAC · HP I-SOFT · TSP · Special Filter 520

Scale prevention and control protect pipework, heaters, boilers, cooling systems, equipment, and membranes.

03

Water Sterilization

ARS Blue Lagoon AOP Compact Ozone + UVC · Copper Electrolyzer

Sterilisation platforms for selected applications, configured around microbiological targets, system characteristics, and operating conditions.

04

Safe Drinking Water

SafeDrink · DWB · UF · RO · DirectFlow · HydroMag

Treatment at the relevant point for drinking, cooking, beverages, ice, and public facilities.

05

Advanced Functional Water

UFB DUAL

Advanced water technology for added water functions in applications supported by study, pilots, and benefit validation.

Integrated management framework

Water Risk Management unites all five technologies into one system.

The framework connects water quality, usage requirements, health and asset risks, design, governance, and operational continuity.

01

Assessment

Understand the source, use, system condition, available evidence, and target outcome.

02

Risk Mapping

Map quality, health, asset, operational, and compliance risks.

03

Design

Select a relevant combination of technologies and capacities that is practical to operate and reliable throughout its lifecycle.

04

Implementation

Structured installation, commissioning, documentation, training, and handover.

05

Monitoring

Use available data to read performance, changing conditions, and risk indicators.

06

Service & Improvement

Maintenance, consumables, corrective action, regeneration, and system improvement.

Lifecycle services

Service keeps the solution architecture working.

Lifecycle Services is not an additional platform. It is the continuing execution of Water Risk Management after technology is installed.

01

Commissioning

Installation verification, initial operation, parameters, and handover.

02

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance and corrective action based on system conditions.

03

Testing & monitoring

Performance records and evaluation based on available data.

04

Regeneration & consumables

Media, consumables, and scheduled replacement management.

ARS design principle

Water Source × Use Requirements × Risk × System Lifecycle

Raw-water quality, capacity, pressure, installation space, output-water requirements, operational risk, maintenance, media regeneration, and component replacement are considered as one system. ARS looks beyond the initial purchase price to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) throughout the system lifecycle.

The right investment is not always the lowest upfront cost, but the one whose costs and risks remain best controlled throughout its use.
